 Meet Kay T. Moss

I didn’t set out to be a consultant — I became one because I know what it feels like to carry the weight of responsibility without having all the tools in hand.

In different seasons of my career, I’ve been the held every positions within the non profit sector such as Administrative Director and Operations Director, Executive Pastor and Associate Pastor within the ministry sector, and the Program and Project Manager within the corporate sector. Each role came with its own set of challenges, and often, I was handed responsibilities that stretched me beyond my existing skills. At times, I felt misaligned, overwhelmed, and unsure how to turn vision into action.

Those experiences became my classroom. They taught me that leadership doesn’t stall from lack of passion or ideas — it stalls when there’s no clarity, no alignment, and no structure to bring vision to life.

That’s why I founded Key Solutions. With a Bachelor’s in Business Management, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Business Psychology, I combine academic insight with real-world experience to help leaders bridge the gap between where they are and where they’re called to be.

Today, I specialize in helping leaders build confidence, sharpen communication, and align their teams so they can transform scattered priorities into measurable, sustainable success.

At the heart of it all, my mission is simple: to empower leaders and organizations to unlock their full potential — because I’ve been where you are, and I know the power of having the right keys at the right time.
